Everything they sell is made using only the finest ingredients and baked fresh everyday by their small team of craft bakers.
Work starts at 2am each morning to ensure everything is delivered fresh to their shops by 8am. All their bread is hand moulded before being baked in stone deck peel ovens.

Nothing is mass produced or pre-packed.
