Owner David Rudman has 25 years salmon and trout farming experience, so has an eye for the best fish.This is reflected in the use of local trout, raised on the River Lliw, Pontlliw and only the best Scottish salmon from RSPCA monitored farms on the Shetland Isles. These produce traditional cold smoked salmon, oak roast salmon and smoked trout of exceptional quality available at Mumbles, Penarth, Cowbridge and Riverside markets and local delicatessens.
