Holbrook's Coffee House

This independent coffee house opened at the end
of 2007. While there are numerous chain identikits
alongside, owners Ben and Heather Holbrook stand
out with their individual approach, in everything from
service to the exceptional quality of the coffee – try
the Gingerbread and Honey Latte or the trade mark
cappuccino.

You can find cakes (the cheesecake has
won the True Taste awards) and brownies made in
Gower, and all the Fairtrade tea and coffee you could
care for. Those preferring savoury have the choice of
home made tomato and basil soup (changes daily),
deep-filled luxury sandwiches and paninis.
