A contemporary boutique hotel and restaurant in the
heart of the Gower Peninsula, Maes-Yr-Haf is a cool

British menu with strong European infl uences, just a
gentle stroll from the award-winning Three Cliffs Bay
and centrally-placed for the other beaches of the south
Gower coast.

Head chef Christos Georgakis has certainly started to establish an outstanding reputation for himself with his carefully created dishes satisfying appetites with a frenzy of flavors. His achievements include being a finalist in this year’s “Welsh Chef of the Year” award and also for the BBC’s Master Chef - Professional Series. His creations, served by our attentive and experienced staff led to a series of wonderful reviews, culminating in a listing in the “The Knowledge” section of The Times on Saturday 22nd December as one of the top 10
new restaurants to open in 2007.

Emphasis is on the use of the best-quality; fresh
produce ranging from local meats, fi sh and vegetables
to home-made bread. Everything we serve is made in
our kitchen. Our dishes change seasonally with specials
taking advantage of not-to-be-missed opportunities
from our local suppliers of seafood, meats and game.
Throughout the week we offer a la carte menus for our
informal lunch and evening fi ne dining, afternoon tea
