Langland's Brasserie, Mumbles

Langland’s Brasserie is the new café bar brasserie in
one of the finest locations in Britain. It overlooks the
graceful sweep of Langland Bay, one of the best known
of Gower’s renowned beaches that’s always popular
with surfers and walkers. Proprietors the Roblin family
and staff are on hand to give a friendly welcome to all.
Relax here over a cappuccino, lager or glass of wine
and soak up the atmosphere of Langland. Take in the
fresh sea air and aroma of coffee and sizzling food on
the al fresco terrace, and inside with the stylish bar and
restaurant.

At the bar relax with delicious wines, speciality
cocktails, beers and spirits while watching the sea ebb
and flow, and the surfers riding the breakers from dawn
to the setting sun.

Langland’s Brasserie is a modern British restaurant
with a strong emphasis on local suppliers and seasonal
goods, all of which are organic where possible. We
avoid using artifi cial and preservative products as much
as possible. We source the highest quality ingredients
from around Europe, like rare breed meats, craftsman
made cheeses such as Perroche and Spanish olives and
oils. We only use fish from sustainable stocks, working
towards the welfare of future generations.

The food begins with traditional cooked breakfast
of bacon, sausages, cockles, laverbread, a Brasserie
lunch and a full a la carte gourmet dinner menu all
home-made in house. Enjoy Gower mussels marinière,
seafood cocktail, shellfish risotto, crab salad, local fresh
fish, a unique handmade burger, and a wide selection of
homemade desserts.
