Eating healthily and maintaining a busy lifestyle don't usually go hand in hand.

At least not until now, for on the ever surprising St. Helen’s Rd., a new venture has recently opened. ‘Pure’, located in the new Ty John Penri building just off of the Kingsway, was the concept of Zoe Elston and Della Martin, who realised that eating healthily needn’t be expensive or time consuming.

Right in the city, it is ideal for office workers, students or just passers-by and already they have become a destination in their own right. Together with manager Christian, they have brought together a modern day elixir, with a combination of yoggies, smoothies and just plain and simple juice. Some of the delights include:

Cold Buster: A juice blend of ginger, orange and apple.

Breakfast Energy: Banana, orange juice, low fat yoghurt smoothie.

Mango Madness Yoggie: Mango, orange juice and low fat yoghurt.
