A grade 1 listed building, Sketty Hall has stood for nearly three centuries and in 1993 was thoroughly renovated and restored to its former glory.The final home owner, Richard Glyn Vivian, added many features which can still be seen today including the famous ornate Italian gardens.

Our head chef, Gareth Swain,
prides himself on using the
best ingredients to produce
enticing and imaginative
dishes. Using local produce,
he’s always looking to try out
new ideas to entice our guests.
Gareth has worked in top
hotels across the UK and has
gained a vast amount of
experience, as well as counting
Gordon Ramsay on his list of
former employers.
