As The Dragon Brasserie launches into its second year of serving the freshly prepared snacks and meals for which it has become renowned, it is difficult to remember life in the heart of Swansea without the chic, stylish eatery. Seamlessly merging with one of the city centre's cornerstone institutions in 2005, The Dragon Brasserie has since earned the right to be recognised in its own right with head chef Sam Thomas achieving his short term goal of an AA Rosette.

Open daily from 10:00am-9:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 10.00am-10.00pm, Friday and Saturday. From early evening onwards on Sundays, The Dragon Brasserie offers excellent value lunch and dinner menus and serves a variety of coffee, snacks and light fare throughout the day. An extensive selection of wines, many offered by the glass, is also available to compliment any occasion. Passionate about showcasing local delicacies and supporting the home economy by using, wherever feasible, locally sourced produce and suppliers, chef Sam however does not stop at The Dragon Brasserie.
